Christmas is a magical time in the “City of Lights” Paris! Imagine strolling through the quaint streets lined with lights, sipping vin chaud to keep your fingers warm, and look up to see the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Intersperse these moments with holiday shopping, some off-the-beaten path sightseeing, gourmet meals, plenty of Christmas markets, and a day trip to a famous Christmas town, and you are set up for a fabulous time!

Day One
Overnight: Paris
Bienvenue a Paris
In the afternoon we meet in our centrally located hotel for a tour orientation. We will head out on a city walk to become familiar with the layout of our neighborhood, then get to know each other over our first dinner together as a group. Then your personal chartered bus will pick you up for a moonlit drive around Paris to view the city of lights in all its holiday season glory.

Day Two
Overnight: Paris
What better way to feel at home in Paris, than to spend your first morning walking around the Tour Eiffel and Rue Cler for sightseeing and shopping, then you will enjoy a fantastic lunch on the Seine, floating along in your sightseeing boat. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your leisure.

Day Three
Overnight: Paris
Day trip on the train to Strasbourg. Explore this town in the Alsace region to indulge in the finest mulled wines, sweets, and shopping in its famous Christmas market. Take a ride down the canal and enjoy a picnic lunch. Head back into the city when all your senses have been satiated.

Day Four
Overnight: Paris
After breakfast, you’ll take a walking tour to see some areas of Paris that are not a part of the usual Paris experience! After lunch and a little down time, you’ll take an outside tour at Notre Dame, learn about the tragic fire that almost burnt this historic cathedral down, and maybe even get inside to see its re-built splendor.

Day Five
Overnight: Paris
Hope you are well rested because Paris is putting you to work! A cooking school will visit the market with you to purchase the freshest ingredients for a 4 course traditional holiday meal they will instruct you in making. When it is complete, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor for lunch with a glass of wine. Then you will head back to the hotel to relax before an evening concert (if we’re able to snag tickets to this highly popular holiday tradition!).

Day Six
Overnight: Paris
This morning is open for you to make the most of your Paris Museum Pass. Use it to get into major museums and other venues for free! In the late afternoon, the group will take a walking tour from your hotel to a few of the best Christmas markets in Paris. Stock up on those gifts and souvenirs, marvel at the excitement and decorations, and enjoy some holiday treats. You will complete the day with your final dinner as a group.

Price: $3875 (Air not included) per person for a double room. Single Supplement is $855. We welcome singles and if you do not have a travel partner, please sign up for a single spot. In the event that a roommate is found, your booking can be changed to a double before final payment is due.
What’s included: 6 breakfasts, 2 dinners and 3 lunches (wine included), 6-day Paris Museum Pass, 5-day Metro Pass, 6 nights lodging in a clean, comfortable, and centrally located hotel. All admissions and fees for group activities. Transport and private guides, tips included.

The tour begins and ends in Paris, and the international airports there are CDG and ORY.
