Cucina Quarantena Live

Cook with Sarah and guests from around the world, live over Zoom. Every Sunday in January, Sarah will lead a two hour class, making three courses for your Sunday supper. Each session will focus on a different cuisine, and will include a technique building lesson from knife skills to food storage to repurposing leftovers. Space will be limited to ensure interaction and conversation with each participant.

Dates: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 (17th will be taught by an excellent colleague)

Time: 11am-1pm PST

Cost: $250

What’s included: Welcome packet with kitchen towel and spatula, recipe book, ingredient list, and a culinary surprise. Welcome packets will be mailed before Christmas, please indicate if this is a gift!

Single class bookings will be available mid-December, if space if left.
