Hello my friends in the bloggosphere, sorry for my absence these past weeks. I’ve been on tour, guiding four tours for Rick Steves. I have been busy with some very exciting projects that you will hear about soon. Until then, I thought I’d give you a visual, rather than verbal, survey of my weeks in Italy. Enjoy!

What fabulous experiences. Looking forward to our next trip to Italy. Took notes of some must see locales, thanks!
Love your blogs and pictures! We started taking food tours in cities, also. Great way to experience the culture.

Ouuu I am most intrigued by the photo of Vicenza. Where is that photo taken? It looks like the outdoors is indoors. I love architecture and am really interested in learning more about this area. Also the islands off of Sicily – love that photo too! I see perfect square blocks of stone near the water. Is that a natural phenomena? Striking photo!
